Featured Listings are optional add-on upgrades that provide increased visibility within specific categories of the directory. Featured placement is designed to help providers stand out to families actively browsing and searching.

Requirement

Featured Listings are not standalone products. An active Premium Listing is required to be eligible for Featured placement.

Features

Featured listings may include:

• Prominent placement within category
• Display before standard listings
• Increased visibility in search results
• Priority positioning within category
• Visual distinction (e.g., badge or highlight)

Placement & Availability

Featured placements are limited per category and assigned based on availability. Placement is determined and managed by Education Vendors LLC.

Payment & Renewal

Featured Listings are billed on a recurring monthly basis and automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time, early cancellation, or lack of results.

Cancellation

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Featured placement will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

No Guarantee of Results

Featured placement increases visibility but does not guarantee inquiries, leads, or client conversions.

Placement Control

Education Vendors LLC reserves the right to assign, adjust, or remove Featured placements to maintain system integrity, availability, and user experience.

Category Assignment

Featured placements are assigned to specific categories. Providers may request additional categories, subject to availability and approval.

Content Responsibility

Providers are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate and up to date. Education Vendors LLC reserves the right to edit or remove inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content.

Modification or Termination

Education Vendors LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Featured Listings at any time.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a Featured Listing, providers agree to these terms.
