Eligibility for Listings

Directory listings are reserved for organizations that provide direct, provider-led educational or therapeutic services to children or students. Eligible listings include tutoring, therapies (speech, OT, PT, ABA, behavioral supports), microschools, instructor-led homeschool programs, enrichment programs, and similar services where students receive instruction or intervention from a teacher, therapist, or other qualified provider. Self-paced programs, curriculum-only providers, educational products, online courses without live instruction, and other independent learning resources are not eligible for directory listings but may qualify for a Learning Tools listing.

Medical or clinical services (e.g., psychiatry, medical evaluations, or health-based therapies) are not eligible for standard vendor listings but may participate through sponsored placements.

Businesses that primarily sell physical products are not eligible for standard vendor listings.

Free Basic Listings

Vendors may submit a basic listing at no cost.

Basic listings typically include the provider name, category, service area, and one primary contact method.

Premium Listings

Optional premium upgrades are available to enhance visibility and provide additional information.

Premium features and terms are outlined separately.

Advertising & Sponsored Placements

Advertising opportunities, including Learning Tools and Family Support placements, are separate from standard vendor listings and are subject to additional terms.

Accuracy of Information

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate and up to date.

Education Vendors LLC does not guarantee the accuracy of vendor information.

Service Area Requirements

Providers offering virtual services may be located anywhere.

Providers offering in-person services must serve families within Arizona.

Professional Conduct

Vendors must:

• Accurately represent the services they provide
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Avoid misleading, false, or deceptive claims

Right to Edit or Remove Listings

Education Vendors LLC reserves the right to edit, decline, or remove any listing at its discretion.

Listings may be removed if they contain inaccurate information, violate these guidelines, or are no longer relevant to the directory.

The directory is intended to connect families with educational services.

Inclusion does not imply endorsement or verification of services.

Updates to Guidelines

These guidelines may be updated periodically. Continued use of the directory indicates acceptance of any updates.
